MY ROLE AT DCARD
At Dcard, I directed and animated Dtto Friends, boosting the platform's social media following by over 100k in a year. My content, including a viral reel with 1 million views, led to direct collaborations with LINE for animated stickers. I also managed the successful launch of Dtto Friends' first pop-up store, garnering press coverage and attracting enthusiastic fans.

POP-UP
STORE LAUNCH
I spearheaded the launch of the company's mascots, overseeing their debut pop-up store. This event gained widespread press coverage and drew enthusiastic fans. I managed store operations, created animated social media content, contributed to merchandise design, and ensured quality control. Additionally, I assisted with store setup and attended to press and VIP guests.
YOUTUBE
I integrated Dtto Friends mascots into Dcard's YouTube channel, "Dcard Video," which has over 1 million subscribers. As the character animator, I crafted animated intros, outros, and other content, elevating the channel's visual appeal and engagement.
App Launch Animation

I've enhanced Dcard's app with seasonal launch animations for events like Chinese New Year and Christmas, featuring Dtto Friends. I've also collaborated with the game department, providing guidance and assisting in character animation design.
LINE STICKERS
I collaborated with LINE to design and create animated stickers of Dtto Friends, adding a fun and expressive dimension to the messaging experience for users worldwide.
TROPHY 3D MODEL
In my free time, I learned Blender and crafted a 3D model of a mascot character. This model was used to create a golden trophy for Dcard's annual event within a week, showcasing my commitment to expanding my skill set for project success.
